Small-Producer Wednesday Classes
The goal of Small Producer Wednesdays at Cork & Fork is to introduce small-production wineries from international wine regions to clients interested in an approachable learning experience. These one-hour events, presented by a rotating team of importers, distributors, and sommeliers, are seated with light snacks provided. As wines are tasted, each is given an introduction and an opportunity for open discussion. Participation is encouraged but not required. This seated event is a welcoming environment for beginners. It also offers advanced consumers a relaxing stop after a long day.
Cork & Fork are standing, free form tastings led by a selection of presenters, ranging from winemakers, wine educators, sommeliers, importers, and distributors. Consumers are welcome to enjoy a selection of wines chosen weekly by our wine buying team, presenting new regions, sub-regions, varietal expressions, and styles, with a light seasonal influence. As with all of our wine selections, the featured wines represent the best of independent wine producers.
