Dominique Landragin
Dominique Landragin’s professional trajectory spans several of the world’s premier wine regions. Holding degrees in Viticulture and Oenology from Beaune, alongside advanced diplomas from Avize in Champagne and Bordeaux, his technical expertise and leadership extend from esteemed Champagne houses such as Lanson and Deutz to pioneering sparkling wine production in Australia. His international experience, including senior winemaking and winery directing roles across France, Australia, and the United States, ultimately culminated in the establishment of Cork & Fork Fine Wine Merchants—a platform dedicated to the refined curation and education of fine wines.
Antoinette Landragin
Currently an Oenology student in the Plant and Soil Science department at Texas Tech University, Antoinette is also a Viticulture graduate (TTU), uniting formal scientific training with hands‑on cellar and retail expertise. Antoinette holds the WSET Diploma and is a Certified Champagne Master, a distinction achieved by only a small number of professionals worldwide. She further deepens her regional expertise as a Certified French Wine Scholar and Certified Spanish Wine Scholar, adding precision and depth to the store’s Old World selections. Her global perspective shapes Cork & Fork’s distinctive portfolio, centered on premium wines from quality‑driven small growers and benchmark estates.
About Us
Cork & Fork Fine Wine Merchants was established in 2003 by Dominique Landragin, a third-generation winemaker and fifth-generation Champenoise. Together with his partner, Anna Landragin, they launched the fine-wine retail concept. In 2007, their daughter Antoinette Landragin joined as CEO.
The store features a carefully curated selection of small-grower, sustainably farmed wines, including organic, biodynamic, carbon-neutral, water-neutral, sustainably certified, LEED-certified, and regenerative-farming methods. The collection includes 1,500 wines from around the world, each personally tasted by the team before being added to the selection.
Education is a core value at Cork & Fork. Wine club members and clients have access to a variety of virtual educational masterclasses with producers, winemakers, regional portfolio managers, and international sustainable certification programs.
